We have many inactive bueros. So I was going to email wikia, but i need to reference a forum post in it. So i think we should demote RUS, and talonmerc. They havent been on for months(years), and they put a bad impression on our wiki.
I think Talonmerc definitely deserves to stay there because he's the founder of the Wiki and needs repsect and rememberance, and RUS has come back before. We can't just assume everyone is inactive, because I know we all have lives outside of the Wiki that we need to attend to. I have a feeling we'll see RUS after Update 2.0, and we may never see Talon again, but his name deserves to still be kept as a buerocrat.
Also, just because you want a new buero/admin/chat mod/rollback doesn't mean you have to demote another one.

hai peoples! plotting my indefinite demise now, are we?
don't worry, I understand. it's just I've kinda gotten bored with EWB... sorry! ^~^ yes, I'm waiting for the 2.0 update. sadly, however, I must admit that I enjoy MCPE better, considering the amount of awesome people there (forums!). heck, I've even been able to chat with johan bernhardsson , the dev of MCPE. anyways, I'll TRY to keep my promise about staying here.
i personally hate MCPE, Eden is better, but its getting annoying. RUS, you traitor. ;( Why are we falling apart? All our staff is inactive. Heck, make Dblcut3 admin. Me and him are the only very active users.
I don't see why it has to be minecraft or Eden. I personally like both(although mcpe is pretty lame to me) anyway, I think RUS is fine, but put talomerc as an admin, because while he was a bit mysterious, without him we wouldn't be having this conversation. :)
Yeah, I may be working for Mojang. I quit my job with Social Point and am looking for a new job. Because I'm good at writing in Java and Objective C, Mojang reached out to me. If I do, I may help improve the Pocket Edition. But at the moment it has a long way to go!
I had a lot of pictures of each of the individual blocks on my iPod but my nature thought it would be better to sleep instead of work. I had a lot of plans to edit, but I'm just lazy, and my acitve duty father had us PCS to Italy, so my internet sucks now.
Haha, yeah. Then my friend lost my iPod at a movie theater so I couldn't play Eden at all. I decided to actually come back and check after I saw all of these emails of people joining the wiki. Then I got an iPad, but then I joined high school too. Anyways, when I got back to look at the wiki, the whole thing changed. It was like when Facebook got the new timeline thing. Everything looked pretty much awesome. I went to my profile to update it a little bit, Then I decided to peek around. I awed at the pages, then looked at the discussions. I saw this, and decided to actually start talking. It's been a long time, but I can still at least update my own page.
Anyways, all of the welcomes aside, I should probably defend myself in a way.
First of all, the only reason I made "like 4" edits was because only "like 4" edits were needed. When I was poking around Eden, all there was to do was build. No official news for future updates, no world publishing, just building, destroying, and setting things on fire. There was only those a small set of blocks (28 I believe) and there wasn't much opportunity to elaborate with editing. Second, I quit because I had other things to do. I wasn't getting payed to do this, and by the end of the first few months pages had like 3 views. Do you think anyone would work on something no one would see? I don't. So I stopped. And worked on other things. Sometimes I wanted to go back and do some really cool edtiting, but I had (and mostly still have) basic website edtiting knowlege. But when I left, I thought the wiki had enough knowlege.
When I got back, I was impressed with all of your work. I changed my stuff, then looked at the blog posts. First thing I see: Demotion.I don't see why you guys are getting all picky about postions, all we're doing is updating a website. There's no Olympic Wikia contests. Then when I read my IGN being considered to be demoted, I thought "Biting the hand that fed, are you?" I know I didn't do a lot of edits, but back then I wrote what seemed like a dictionary. It's like money. Now a nickel doesn't seem like a lot, but back then you were saving up for a large candy bar.
Why is the administrator title so important to everyone? You just make a lot of edits, and everyone just says your a good contributor. I'd rather someone not be an admin or anything and have everyone call them the best editor than an admin be the only one calling themself the best editor. Guys, grow up. We aren't running for 4th grade class president. This isn't the Camorra wars. If you really want to show your stuff, just be edtiting a lot so people know you're active. I know I'm being a hypocrite by saying you need to edit a lot and here I am defending myself with only "like 4" edits, but I still founded the wiki.
If you guys are gonna fight, at least make it a fight that matters.
