The Block Expander is a special block that was added in Update 2.0.1, which adds the ability to expand the sizes of blocks. Upon selecting the block, the user must then select the type of block in which they wish to expand. Once placed, burning will cause it to expand by two blocks in each direction.
Trivia
- The explosions can be controlled to allow for expansion in certain directions only.
- Due to a glitch, when colored, the inner-most created block will retain its original color. Although this can be solved by breaking the block while it is burning.
- Not all blocks or items can be expanded. These include Flowers, other Block Expanders, Doors, Lights, and Portals.
